Style: Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Well after taking an extremely long break from BJJ I recently started up again.
I just attented my 3rd class after training for about a year and with about a year and a half lay off.
Now I was wondering what are some drills I can do at my house on the ground while like watching TV or something.
I know about shoulder walk, and running through my sit outs and such, but is there anything else that I can do to improve hip movement and such?
My cardio freaking blows and I went back and I am kind of annoyed to see some people I know who I was able to hang with now are owning me.
To remedy this I am going to be attending 5 classes per week and hopefully with some extra work on the side I'll be back in the game.
My main motivation is I want to compete in atleast 1 tournament just to say I competed and if I feel I did decent then I'll work harder to possibly place within the top 3 :P
I'll make one when I can find one I like.

for sport specific exercises you can do in front of the t.v., I like
There's workouts there, and pictures of bodyweight exercises.

I was hoping you had drills that were more oriented towards BJJ technique. I know about bodyweight exercises, but I had something in mind like different sitout drills and the such :)

forward shoulder roll
Backward shoulder roll
Bridge and roll
Bridge and tuck under (instead of stepping over pull your knees under you)
From your back (guard) sit up and shoot
just duplicate the movements you do against a person.
