Am I the only one on this board who likes long sleeve rash vests all year round??
I find that they keep my body more consistently warmed up whilst rolling, which is great especially in winter, but also works in summer. In addition, they prevent your elbows and forearms getting scraped to carpet-burn on more abrasive mats
