    PT 5 Days a week
    Weight Lifting 3 days a week (but not that hardcore, usually 3 lifts per session)
    semi-diet to lose weight

    I suck at everything though, so you can figure out where I stand on your own.

    Can't be the case, Dude. You are too hard on yourself. Lighten up a bit and find joy in the things you do well within your chosen discipline.
