    Fucknig sweet!

Man I hope they put it on free to air tv here in Japan.

I can't believe Yoshida has the balls to step up to Fedor... Would love to see Fedor get his first KO in pride although I can't see it happening... those judo guys are tough.

Going to be another awesome night for pride.

They should have matched up filho with a light fighter from chute boxe and continued the BTT / chute boxe rivalry...

I don't do predictions, anything can happen in MMA...

why is fedor given a give-me fight? I mean yoshida must be tough and all, but after seeing the after-fight pics of what fedor did to kohsaka and ogawa, it's almost a foregone conclusion. Too bad fedor isn't given someone like bob sapp, at least it'd be an interesting match-up with a heavyweight favourite vs a (what seems to be anyways) well-known and well-liked MMA and K1 celebrity who could conceivably use his size advantage to win(??) (not that it might affect the outcome anyways).

Of course, other than that, the card looks to be amazing.

aronafan, go back to your room.

The real card, the source is the PRIDE official website.

Takanori Gomi ( Japan ) vs. Hayato “Mach” Sakurai ( Japan )
(This bout is the final round of the lightweight BUSHIDO tournament)
Dan Henderson ( USA ) vs. Murilo Bustamante ( Brazil )
(This bout is the final round of the welterweight BUSHIDO tournament)
Hidehiko Yoshida ( Japan ) vs. Naoya Ogawa ( Japan )
Makoto Takimoto ( Japan ) vs. Sanae Kikuta ( Japan )
Kazuhiro Nakamura ( Japan ) vs. Yuki Kondo ( Japan )

More bouts to be announced soon.

    Fight card subject to change.

Sherdog gets a lot of **** around here but at least the majority of them could tell you a fight card, for chrissakes.

Well egg on my face for believing that, however i remember reading on sherdog among numerous other websites, that silva and arona were going to fight on Pride NYE. Here's a link to an updated source from MMAReview: MMAReview Profile on Silva . I guess that bout might be more tentative that I originally thought.

is the yoshida-ogawa fight really gonna be as good as they say it is? there calling it the fight of the century but i dont see it being any better than any of the other fights.

I also just read that this ppv is gonna be 5hr 20min. dont know if that is the actual event or the ppv.

I doubt it will be that great, although Gardner-Yoshida was pretty good. I don't think it would have been nearly as good if Gardner had been training in MMA as long as some of the Pride regulars, though.
