    I just found this at Half Priced Books, I'm still reading through it but it seems like great stuff. My flexibility sucks ass too.

    I just found this at Half Priced Books, I'm still reading through it but it seems like great stuff. My flexibility sucks ass too.
    I wouldn't say mine is great, but considering where I was two months ago, I've made dramatic improvments. I tried yoga, but the classes were just too expensive, and, even though the bendy women were great, it didn't help that much. The Kurz stuff is just hardcore stretching, none of the pseudo-sprituallity which accompanies yoga. And none of the fifteen minutes wasted in corpse pose because of the fat, purple-faced, middle age women who look they're about to have a heart attack, who, unfortunately, you may also get stuck behind and forced to watch for an hour.

    Call me a yoga nutrider, but if you can go I think you should. In addition to the help with flexibility, the focus on breathing, the core and posture work are gold. :5propelle

    no clue man, maybe its genetics. My flexibility isn't exactly blown to ****, but at this rate I'll be fucking old before I'm old. I've been doing some flexibility training with my back, and it's been helping a lot. Prior to this, I've NEVER stretched in my entire life except maybe five minute warm up stretches in track or tae kwon do.
