One of the best capoeria programs is on the North Side in the Brazilian Cultural Arts center. These guys are solid!

A quick google search will also suggest some folks south side. But I've seen the Angola folks Maestres and they're solid. Good (in context) fighters and sneaky SOB's. I'd go there first.
Sorry about Essential Elements (though if you ever decide to study Tai Chi they've got an amazing teacher there).
