    Hell yeah! Hell no!
    run for a lil while, then stop for like a minute, then go bacc

    for instance, run 3 minutes 3 times with one minute rest in btween

    and keep adding lyk one more round a week or so until you build up to lyk 30 minutes

    really not any need 2 run fo more then 30 mins cuzz after a wile u lose performance

    what i do anyway, 30 mins of cardio 3 timez a week

    you gotta balance it out feel me cuzz, 3 days a week weights then 3 days a week cardio cuzz you dont want 2 much speed and u dont want to much strength u wanna balance it out

    i know boxers who run everyday a week for a hour but its more or less a slow run\jog adn they dont get nothin outta it

    2 many boxers put to much focus on cardio

    but really they go hand and hand,u cant have 1 witout the other
