Bas Rutten DVD

I am looking for a conditioning program and I heard that Bas Rutten's DVD for bag work was really good. However, all I can find are the Big Book of Combat. Is the conditioning portion found within this or is it something separate that I cannot find?

Are the conditioning DVDs or audio tapes worth getting the combat DVDs?

The conditioning dvd's are awesome. The audio cd's ... man, I couldn't really listen to Bas drone on without at least his awesomeness demonstrating and the MMA instruction is comprehensive and expert. He has lots of guest' helpin out on the ground portion.

I have to admit I didn't really give the cd's a chance but if they are just shouting out the combos like the dvd's they may be difficult to follow without seein him do it at least once first. The stuff he does on the dvd looks like it'd challenge anyone to keep up with it.
