Yeah this is how bad he lost, on his schools website they post pictures of him not even hitting me(because god knows, he didnt)....
God he rocked me with both shots....(he didnt even hit me)....
EDIT: I remember that portion of the fight in the second picture. I got bad footing and instead of weaving or moving off to the side i had to lean back(terrible thing to do I know) but it does appear as if he just nailed the **** out of me...

Congratulations on your performance. And way to have a mature view of how the situation played out. That speaks loads on how much you've grown in your attitude.

Leg Kick via Knighmare, notice his headgear....yes that is Sparring headgear, yes that is illegal...
Knightmare in the corner, with sanctioned ISKA headgear. No marks on my face, as I was not hit...
Busted nose and one messed up eye, the other eye was the really bad one...

I get the video sometime this week and I really can't wait to post it. This is really BS that his team got away with what they did and I have never agreed with Teddy Atlas as much when he says Boxing in general is in need of a sanctioning body where the judges are paid by a independent body, not the promoter. This is really unfair to everyone who works hard just to be disrespected in the ring. It also really pisses me off that my cornermen took their friday nights off and paid their money to come help me out only to be disrespected. It's bullshit. This is in no way directed towards my opponent because a) he had no part in this and b) he showed great heart by continuing and never stopping. I am just pissed at his trainers influence on the promoter. This fight was in NO WAY close(after rewatching it, OVER AND OVER), I beat his ass plain and simple...
I am working hard to get a rematch at the next Oblas show...

IKF's page on what is legal and what isn't. They follow about the same practices as ISKA and have the exact same rules on what is legal as far as headgear goes..
I have the American flag style headgear, it's made by fightgear. My color is just black.

For those that might not be totally sure what the issue is, the illegal headgear that KM's opponent is wearing is the same one I own.
It's illegal because it contains frontal chin protection. Keep in mind that I emailed the promoter before I went to my fight and asked if my brand and style of headgear was ok, and he said yes.
The IKF guy said no.
I had to borrow some hard rubber headgear that felt like it weighed 5lbs.

Looks like it would help, but in all honesty headgear only stop a minimal amount of shock from a punch.
They are mostly just for cuts, maybe next time you will put him down if you aren't wearing any headgear.
Also, Knightmare I thought you were black? I could of sworn somewhere, sometime that you said you were black.
I'll make one when I can find one I like.
Do you eat breakfast?

I am very white.
Head gear I don't know. I wish it was optional for amateurs(all skill levels). We know the risks going in, might as well let us fight as true as possible.
I can tell you that thick ass head gear saved him a few times. It still rattles your head, no doubt about that, but it also takes away some of the force.
It's like a shield, have someone throw a roundhouse while holding one, you still get jarred, but can you imagine it without protection?
Once I get word of a rematch, I am sure all this bitterness will go away. I just think if he gets to break the rules, then I should too.
