Honestly, he might want no inside leg kicks because he's afraid his balls will explode.
When I had my fight, I was the only FCR card for that night, and I found out from my opponent that he had been hit in the balls so many times that if he got hit hard there again, he would have to have major surgery to repair the damage, if it were even reparable. Hence, the FCR limitation to kicks above the waist. -
