Mix up your kicks a bit
throw some combinations.

I'm a 1st degree black belt in TKD.
I know I look very crumby. But I have something wrong with my joints. If you pause the vid during side kicks you can see my knee dipped down like a mule kick. My legs just don't go the right direction. I have no range of motion in the split directoin. I can barely even throw a roundhouse.

I'm the guy in 4 and 5.
Kikko, this is a good advice.
In vid 4, you can't seem to decide whether your side kick is offensive or defensive.
And as Loredon said, you need to learn the sprawl.
As for vid 5, I usually don't rush people like that, but with Kikko, he starts running backward whenever I attack. And he's fast, I can barely catch up with him:))).
And yes, you should exploit the suckage of my low guard more. Maverick did in the first throwdown vid.

In vid5 he rushes you and you don't know what to do. Just keep calm. Working on your hands will help this. When he's got his rear hand down around his chest like that throw a high round kick and bludgeon the s**t out of his head. As for when he takes you down. Uhmmm there's alot. Just fight hard to put the guy in guard when he takes you down like that.
