In ten years, the NEJM will be saying that the inverse stretch reflex(thanks for the correction :)) is all nonsense and that you should be smoking a cigarette a day and injecting gasoline once a month for optimum flexibility. It's all theory, as far as I'm concerned, otherwise why all the practicing? :happy9:
