I dont believe ANY of those "reality" shows. It is my belief that it is all scripted and all the people are actors, and these shows are made for gullible people with no lives.

I saw that episode and the one before it. I don't know if it's scripted or not (doubt it, HIGHLY doubt it. Nobody can act that crazy)

Basically,

Husband: "skinny whiteboy in school, couldn't get laid" so he settled for her

She: Fanatical Christian.

Family she stayed with: New Age Hippies.

She came back and kept rambling on about how they don't love God blah blah and just exploded. The New Age Hippy dad was very laid back and never pushed astrology or anything on her, but she kept pushing Christianity on them and ONLY talking about God pretty much.

So she is a certified crazy bitch.

The reality shows are real. It's real in the fact that the people aren't acting. But they do try to set up situations to cuase conflict so it's fake in that regard.

The whole point of reality TV is so they don't have to pay actors. When you get ordinary joes off the street, they jump at the chance to be on TV and that "$$$" prize they get if they win the popularity contest sounds really good to them. But that's just pennies.

The TV show friends had to pay $1,000,000 a week to each main character just to keep actors for leaving the show.

Maybe with that show. I watched that episode a little bit, and Im sure that there are bible thumping wierdo's just like that lady. But they ARE hamming it up for the camera a lot.

But with a lot of these shows - the camera angles are too good, the facial reactions are over-done, and the people dont stutter there words or any other things that would make me think that it was REAL.
