okay, been training since a very young age, not just MA but also physical fitness. Definatly a gym junkie, have competed in many different types of tournaments. Now i have heard a lot about matt fury combat condtioning, some good, some bad, i tried doing the exercises for 6 weeks, now i think with sparring, weight training, this can be a very valuble tool in the MA whatever your style.

just wanting to know has anyone else tried it and how did they get on?,,,,not interested in what people think of the matt fury or where the exercises came fromm,, just want to see if anyone else has tried this and got good results?
