If you refering to Ninjas as Iga no mono (men of Iga) then yes there are, Momochi Clan arts like Gyokko Ryu and Koto Ryu are Ryu-Ha restricted to the Iga no Mono. However, if you mean Ninjas as a group a stealthy assassins, blah blah blah. Then no becuase Ninjutsu in that context in a subsystem of many schools of Japanese arts.
