Remember Ian claims to have been studying for years, when he has very little personal instruction from the people he claims as teachers.

Bought his rank from Ashida, remember?

Wonder what will be next from the man who lies, cheats and steals from people.

And I might buy his DVD and send it to the Liu He Ba Fa teachers he claims to have trained with. I think they might get a kick out of it.

Correct me if I am wrong, but isn't that a Tai Chi breathing exercise? I have watched a 70 year old lady teaching similar forms, and her technique is better than Ian's.

He is purportedly teaching Liu He Ba fa which is a very rare internal style.

His skills are not what he claims.

My experience with phonies indicates that they typically claim a rare style. They figure nobody will know the difference if they do it wrong or just make it up as they go along. The by-pass movements that he is doing in the second video are similar to a set I learned for my yellow belt. The by-pass, high clothesline, trip and straddle is identical.
