Bas Rutten books &cds or bas rutten work out tapes

I do love bas's techniques??

but believe his workout tapes will improve my cardio as well if i do not get lazy??

what would u guys select???

i'd do his Big Books of Combat, because i want to learn his fighting techniques more than i want to learn his cardio workouts.
