i know that its a really stupid question, but is it possible to train consistantly every night without taking days off?
i get this wierd thing if i dont train the night before i feel like ****, i get stiff, become distracted easily and genrally not very nice until i do my training. its wierd.
would it be too bad to train every night without a recovery period or do you think that 24 hours would be enough?

Depends on the intensity of the exercise. If it's low, you can do it every day.
I saw a blurb which said that it can take up to 96 hours of rest after a hard weightlifting session for a muscle to completely recover. The issue is if the muscle needs to fully recover before exercising it again.

You might get a different answer from the other fitness guys but as long as its a light/med workout it shouldn't be an issue. Usually the harder your workout the longer you should take off for rest, but if its a light workout the recovery time is not that big of an issue.

The question is too generic. Recovery time depends on several different variables. Type of training, intensity of training, your own goals and reasons for training, your diet, quantity/quality of sleep you get each night, and a myriad of genetic variables all play a part.

As long as you're not working the same muscle group everynight, you should be fine.

it kind of is a light.medium work out. the only problem is im working every muscle group i can, while doing bagwork and correcting my techniques. normally about 2-3 hours a night.
do you know of any reason my body feels so bad after not training? does the body start to rely on exercise after a while?

Your body will normally recover within 24 hours. If your workout is tough, you might need up to 48 hours. In that situation it'd be best to do a lighter work out the next day.
