Depends on the intensity of the exercise. If it's low, you can do it every day.
I saw a blurb which said that it can take up to 96 hours of rest after a hard weightlifting session for a muscle to completely recover. The issue is if the muscle needs to fully recover before exercising it again. -

You might get a different answer from the other fitness guys but as long as its a light/med workout it shouldn't be an issue. Usually the harder your workout the longer you should take off for rest, but if its a light workout the recovery time is not that big of an issue.

it kind of is a light.medium work out. the only problem is im working every muscle group i can, while doing bagwork and correcting my techniques. normally about 2-3 hours a night.
do you know of any reason my body feels so bad after not training? does the body start to rely on exercise after a while?
thanks for all the replies -
