Ashida Kim "koga" man to compete in MMA?

Ah. I remember this guy from a local MA forum. He's a right amusing piece of work. As well as being a ninja-soke, I remember that he also put an advertisement out online offering his services as a mercenary.

I found the link: http://unicast.org/archives/000355.html - search for the word "Ryuko" and Mr. Leo "Berador" Clausens posts will pop up. Note that he threatens with his "old colleagues in FE" and writes that he is a "Former 1'st Lt, Gardehusar-regimentet in Naestved." Now, first of all, FE is the Danish military intelligence corps, which he apparently feels should inspire fear and awe in random internet posters. Secondly, the Garderhussarer have the honourable distinction of being the one military unit in Denmark that has never won any of the conflicts they engaged in. Their job is to guard the queen and look smart for the tourists, which is pretty much all they're good for.

So basically, he is a ninja-soke with a background in a rather harmless military unit offering his services as a mercenary over a message board open to the general public.

I've never heard of a MMA event in Scandinavia which sounded like the one he described, and the MMA community here is a tightly-knit community. I do not feel he is being truthful about this.

As if. This is a board dedicated to a "ninja" with zero credentials. I don't think fraud is one of thier heavy issues.

Wow that mount defence was shitty...I like how he starts so his hands are pinned behind his head and he effortlessly brings them down over his face (arms straight of course) and pushes his student backwards with his fingerstips extended...they obviously train with aliveness:)

Had a looked closely at those two vids he's uploaded:

Judging on that, any suggestion that he is beating anyone in an MMA context is utter bullshit.

Yeah, you're absolutely right. ICMAUA requires you to submit a video, TO MAKE SURE THAT YOU WHOULD BE ABLE TO PERFORM IN THE RING WITHOUT RISK OF BEING SENT TO THE HOSPITAL! If more federations did it like this, in the election-stage, when picking the guys that are ready to compete, the standards whould probably be much higher and the risks lower. They don't tell you that, and so the @#%$ what? Are they responsible to tell their non-members everything (ive NEVER heard of any non-public competition that whould send full info on a competition, unless you where to sign up)?
As for your general bad-mouthing of me; "come over and meet me! If you think you can handle a Jiyu-Kumite with me, and prove that your heart is in the same place as your mouth, i won't break you in half (i'll only break your legs)."!!!!!!!
