The bio reads like absolute nonsense. I don't recall Louie Marx among the old-time strongmen, but I'm not an expert. I'll look into it. I've never heard of "Resista," either, but I'm not buying that so maybe it doesn't mean much.

Stuart, did you REALLY just post that he doesn't make any outrageous claims? After you posted that section of his bio? What gives?

I can't find anything so far on Louie Marx, only John Marx. Hmmm. Sandow Museum had nothing, next is to email them and ask if anyone there knows about Louie Marx.

Or to have won over 300 fights.

That might just mean he's smart enough not to claim anything that can easily be disproved with a search engine and about 5 minutes of your time.

All the gypsy boxing stuff and carnival wrestling is notoriously difficult to disprove because records aren't exactly comprehensive.

TO me this guy looks like a Krotty guy who woke-up to MMA in the last 5 years, instead of quitting Karate and training in something worthwhile, he's created all these fancy systems, IE
"Street Judo" he has to call it that because he is clearly not qualified to actually teach any Judo.
I would like to hear how his Vale Tudo fighters have fared if they have infact competed anywhere?

His Bio sounds like a load of Horseshine aswell. I would pull your lad out of there and send him to a Boxing gym if he likes striking, Judo if he likes grappling (Or BJJ if the Gracie club near you allows kids).

Afraid not with the Gracie Club.
He is signed up for a few more months so no pulling him out now.
But I will think about it.

I think mr higo's brother is a JuJitsu teacher, so he may well be a jitsu blackbelt... not sure.
