Wasn't there a workout music sticky for a while?
System of a down.
Rage against the machine.
Disturbed.
Avenged sevenfold.
Killswitch engage.
Enya.
And enya's not a joke - I made a cd to work out to that has fight music track then has a 1 minute clip of an enya song so I know to stop and rest. Works out pretty good. -

You don't even need music, just do what I do and make mp3's from the audio of hardcore porn with chicks screaming/fake orgasming/taking it in the ass, holy **** that gets the testosterone flowing; hot damn I sure am straight, yarrr.
Seriously though.
I would recommend house or breakbeat-type stuff, psytrance, (I think the absence of lyrics and basis on a buildup/falloff structure rather than chorus works much better for lifts) really anything unless you're one of those persons who needs all their workout music to be DOUBLE PLUS EXTREME. ****, sometimes I listen to flamenco while doing deads (hey, no one else has to hear it and it does get the blood flowing) Some recommandations:
-Future Sound of London
-Astral Projection
-Way Out West
-Crystal Method
-Suba
-DJ Cheb i Sabbah
-Armin van Buuren
Livesets tend to work well as they keep up the intesity and tend to be about workout length. -

Yeah who killed the sticky?
-Armin van Buuren
-Astral Projection
Really like those two, though eventually all AP songs sound the same.
