Matt Furey is a ?????
I know someone who bought his tape, and asked me to take a look at it. Apparent;y Furey has ripped off pretty much every wrestling coach and he's just repackaged it.
I hope this guy stops it soon. He claims to have been coached by Dan Gable, when in reality, he lasted at Iwa for less than a season and went to NCAA D-III Edinboro and won a national D-III title eventually.
What a whackjob. This guy is bad, bad news.

SO Matt Furey has bundelled up all his knowledge over his wrestling career and is now selling it in book and DVD form ? So what. Thats nothing new. As far as I can see he is just selling his knowledge for a price. All martial arts instructors do that.
The question to ask yourself is if you where fighting Matt Furey, could he kick your ass in under 30 seconds flat ? If the answer is yes than he must have something worth learning.
Look I've got his book "Combat Conditioining". Common sense stuff I know. But damn, its one of the best workouts I've ever come accross. Try the Royal Court. Thats Hindu squats, Hindu Puushups and the backbrige for those who don't know.
Try doing 100 Hindu squats, 100 hindu pushups and holding a backbridge for 2 minutes. If you can do that with ease then your in damn good shape.Hannibal: The sworn enemy of dishonest politicians, source of entertainment on Bullshido and newly appointed Office Linebacker. Terry Tait ain't got **** on me !!!!

Just to throw it out there, maybe changing the thread title to something else asides from such a declaration would be a good limit of liability?
