What about the phoenix-eye fist?

It is the primary striking configuration.

Some load it onto a Ginger Fist delivery platform and some just go straight to it. Depends. The ones that use Ginger Fist tend to present a bit more like Bak Mei to me.

It illustrates pretty well on one hand a person just going through the moves and on the other a person who has a concept of what he's doing to be able to apply it. At least that is apparent to me.

didnt know this thread attracting sooo much attention. ive replied back to your PM ronin!

This wasn't a lineage derail jfs... learn to read.

this was about uncovering lies steve richards made 30 years ago... lies which were discovered. The lie was all based around his time training with our si gung Ho Sing, he claimed he trained with him.... no one ever saw him train with ho sing.... EVER.

From that lie, he went on to pour layers and layers of lies on top of it... so like a house of cards.... we are going to take the bottom out....

unless that is if steve R does the right thing... confess everything and apologise

Well, if you're going to do it, you better do it soon. You said you were going to do it today, and the thread was given an extension for that purpose.
