An article I read a few months back on CNN said a study shows that there was no significant differance in large weight and low weights and low weights and many reps. Studies show that people who do more reps with weights actually gained a higher percentage of muscle and strength grow. As long as the weights aren't so light that you din't even get a work out. Large weights with low reps the study show just means you'll get tired faster.
