I guess it would depend on the person. Frankly, I feel like a sack of **** in the morning. The only workouts I'd do in the morning are cardio workouts.
I can barely squeeze my hands in the morning for some reason. My muscles and nervous system just aren't awake. I usually do weight training at about 4-6 PM, unless I have plans for the evening which is when I'd do it around 12-3 PM. -
