Guys, it's over, it doesn't matter. If you want to continue to point out that KFDW acted like one of ashida's asshats, go for it, but the debate was over with something KFDW himself said.
He flat out said that you can't even be considered for training properly in the 3ss without seven years of other stuff.
The weapon is not significantly superior... (I'd argue it's not even equal, but I will at least grant that for the sake of arguement). And takes seven TIMES the length of time it takes to become proficient in the sword, staff, truncheon...
If you give Joe Average the choice to learn weapons, both are roughly equivalent in overall effectiveness but one takes a year to become base proficient and the other requires you to spend seven years on other things and THEN you can learn this.. What do we bet he'll pick.
KFDW, you lost your own arguement, thanks.
At any rate, the weapon isn't practical.

Idiotic meanderings? So you did NOT earlier claim that it would take seven years of other training before you begin to learn the 3ss?
You don't see how that could possibly be a point AGAINST the effectiveness of the weapon?
No, it doesn't. The weapon is the weapon is the weapon. Its individual use isn't connected to its hierarchy of learning.
Now back to you, fart of oder. You have not answered ANY of my questions. Do I need to repost them.?They are just a few posts above.
Repost if you want. I am pretty much done with you admitting that #1: The weapon takes forever before you're allowed to begin it. And #2: that you don't possibly see how length of time equates to effectiveness. That ended the debate pretty clean.
Be more than happy to answer your questions though.
Like you don't know......................
"Are you an expert CMA staff player? You'd have to be as a prerequisite.
Who taught you? Who taught your sparring partner? If you are going to use this as a basis, I need more info. Was it even a CMA school?
