    Hell yeah! Hell no!

    Men's Health - Nutrition Secrets 2006:

I'm skipping over most of this one because there'd be too much to type. But I would recommend browsing this one to get better ideas for diet or for food items to eat, as they make recommendations available in most grocery stores, like the best granola bar, or the best fruit juice, etc.

They even have a section on what's better and what's worse at fast food restaurants, so you can eat there and not completely dick over your diet.

It also has a completely planned out diet plan for losing weight or building muscle for 7 days

TO be added to later, gotta leave work now.

you know there's a guy who's over 100, and has been subscribing to Men's Health since it came out. That certainly attests to it's effectiveness, don't you think? Oh well, the point is, even though Men's Health is about 1000000000000000000000000000000 times greater than people here think it is, you don't need to make another topic everytime you find something in the magazine. If everyone here did that, I wouldn't visit this board. Ever.

No, it has good information. Especially on nutrition, since in addition to describing the principles, they also provide actual plans to try out and work off of.

    More info later.
