Working the arms
I've been doing weights for about 8 years, but for most of that time I spent most of my time fooling around with the same routine without thinking too hard about it. I have since learnt the extreme error of my ways and have been doing all over compound exercises for about 9 months and have made huge gains.
Anyway I am keen to address the arms a bit more. At the moment I am doing the following exercises:
narrow grip bench press
barbell bicep curls
Anything I should include here?

Are you familar w/ shocking the pole?

I should say I'm keen to develop arm mass.
I've done stuff similar to this. I have a background in Arnis and my heaviest pair of sticks are hard-wood spade handles. Also, I've done some recent work with a hard-wood bokken.

Chin-ups (weighted if necessary).
