The hood mentality is crippling disease, that attacks your nervous system. It makes you nervous of the system. Gangsters and hood rats are especially susceptible to this growth stunting mentality. The hood is where I'm from, but it's not what I am. The hood is where I'm from, but it's not what I am. --Keith David--Ice Cube

They have a Youtube channel with competition and kata footage on it:
http://www.youtube.com/user/hkjudokan?gl=HK&hl=zh-TW
My friend who does Judo in Hong Kong tells me the clubs head instructor a 7th dan was awarded the 5th degree of the Order of the Rising Sun for services to Judo by the Japanese government and a party was held in his honour at the Japanese consult to mark the occasion.
The Japanese government is not in the business of awarding Imperial orders to those who teach bullshido Judo.
One word of caution though is to expect the possibility that it might be a newaza light Judo club. My friend from Hong Kong has really good tachiwaza but he's not very strong in newaza at all and he says that in Hong Kong its considerable not as good to win a match with newaza as with tachiwaza and that they train it far less as a result. However, as this dojo seems to have a strong Japanese contigent on its coaching staff expect a good balance with solid newaza instruction.
Edit:
Yasuhiro Yamashita also visited and coached at this dojo:
