Haha. Wow!! I cant believe this thread!! It is like 2 years ago. Well guys...since my first post I no longer weigh a mere 134 lbs. I am up to 161 lbs with little body fat %. I still stuck to my veggies!! I think I figured it out. But keep the suggestions coming I would love to learn more concepts and recipes. Thank you!
