Hello my fellow bullshidokas, I want to hear a few suggestions that can help our fellow vegetarians (like myself) bulk up. I am 5'7 and currently around 134 lbs. I have whey protien that I get from GNC and I drink non-fat milk (I can't drink whole for I am partially lactose intolerant). I am going to lean towards Koto-Ryu's suggestion of the 20 rep squat program but any other suggestions are most welcome. Thanks for all the help!

You can do any program. Just because your a veg-head doesn't change ****. What kind of vegetarian are you? Do you eat eggs? Are you a vegan? An eco-guy that will eat organic meat but can't afford it? What's your story?

I'm vegetarian because of my religion. I don't eat eggs but definetely NOT a vegan. Although eggs in items such as cake and stuff I let it slide. My main source of protien is basically the whey protien powder, milk and assorted beans and tofu and such. Although not so much tofu because its expensive and takes a while to make.

Well, if you really can't change religions... then I'd say you better load up on milk, beans, and nuts.

eat eggs. I didn't eat eggs for years and years. I started eating eggs and I felt better. I'm sure I gained some weight because I fried the hell out of them, but hey, I finally got myself some protein. Get organic, free-range, vegetarian fed eggs. Just do it.
Also, keep in mind that beans are not a complete protein. You'll have to complement your proteins more vigorously.

I used to whole eat eggs for a while but I never felt good "mentally" after I ate them (hard to explain). I have been a vegetarian my whole life so maybe my body isn't used to it or something. I take multi oil (omega fatty acids) piils and multi-vitamins. Yeah beans aren't complete protiens but isn't whey a complete one? Anyways, thanks for the input!
