In all seriousness, WTF are you practising? **** Kwan Jitsu? I've never heard of anyone effectively fighting in horse stance for a half an hour. How long is your class? I demand a video. I call bullshido. That's feckin' stupid. After a half an hour of fighting over some rice a feckin' ninja would be tired.
First thing you should do is determine your target heart rate - a couple sites that will calculate for you
Next time you spar, stop a couple times and determine your heart rate. If it's not 60% of your maximum, you're not doing much for endurance training.
That's for aerobic endurance.
If you want to improve your anaerobic endurance (or, more accurately, to raise your lactate threshold), you want an intensity that pushes heart rate to 85% or so, for 20 minutes or so.
Anaerobic endurance is probably more important for fighting than aerobic endurance.
Unless you run from your opponent a lot.
Thirty minutes nonstop no breaks stand up alone kills my ass ... I was gassing at about 6 minutes even or about ten minutes broken into three three minute rounds about five weeks ago ... now I gas @ about 20 minutes cut up how ever you want ( mostly due to learning to pace while keeping the pace high ) .
Groundwork and take downs (even on thick mats) shorten this time considerably . But thats becouse I suck on the ground and waste alot of energy wallowing around desperately trying not to be submitted and to get to my feet . A good compatent fighter also shortens this time .
By your discription I would say both your stand up and ground games need alot of work .
so I must offer to you some suggestions as to what may be going on , one or more of the below more than likely apply :
1.You're full of **** , and living in a fantasy world .
2.Trolling badly and dont even take a Martial Art
3.You are so good nobody in your school can challenge you or push your limitations.
4.You think sparing is something other than it is .
5.Your school is total and complete **** .

I said, it's half patty-cake fest and half serious sparring. It's all medium contact we only wear mouthguards and 6-12oz gloves.
I'm sorry I didn't make it more clear, I get into that horse stance towards the end when I'm REALLY tired to try to get some rest. I'll try to get some video of it, to show you what I mean.
Why do anything half assed? You're just hurting your game.

most likely your conditioning sucks
half assed sparring for 30 minutes doesn't get you in any better shape to fight hard for 3-5 minutes.
