    Mutant Tennis Arm; From Space!

Tried searching for something along these lines, but came up with nothing. Essentially, from playing too many raquet sports, I've ended up with one arm (the dominant) being a bit stronger than the other. This seems to be a problem when doing strength training, because ol' righty seems to take most of the weight, and in turn, I imagine would become stronger still and dwarf poor lefty. So, are there any recommendations for dealing with this, or do I have no choice but to cultivate my body into an unbalanced freak of nature?

    Cheers in advance!

I think it's pretty normal for one arm to be a bit stronger than the other, unless you're 100% ampidextrous in everything you do. I recommend getting one of these installed on your left arm, to even out your attacking p0wer!

Nah, only sports I enjoy watching are fighting ones.

I went for Collingwood when I was a kid though, does that count?

Try doing some exercises with dumbells rather than barbells.

YEah, using dumbbells of equal weight keeps you from cheating with the barbell.

Having dissimilar arms can cause major problems, like back spasms, etc. I read about it in a tennis magazine years ago.

Also think about making your non-dominant hand the one you use for heavier lifting, like when you carry groceries, and such.

you can always isolate with weighttraining, use dumbells instead of barbells.

or learn how to swing with your left hand...
