There were photos posted (from ADCC I think) from the Mundials of Rickson. He looked alot older to me than 40 and his weight looked to have dropped. I'm not trying to be disrespectful to him but he at least looks past his prime.

Then again what do I know, my prime came and went and I slept through it.

Rickson does pure BJJ but he also doesn't, he trains in striking as well, he probably crosstrains and just doesn't admit it. It's kinda like bjj.org mentions that Helio trained in Capoeira, and Rorion says he's only trained BJJ.

Migo, what is your point? There is a difference between working on slipping punches and clinching to make your jiu jitsu more effective. This is not the same as going and out training boxing.

You think Kimura is better than Rickson Gracie?? Kimura was only a Judo player and it took him 13 minutes to finish a 140lbs Helio. How long vould he stand against Rickson?
