I manipulate my chi. Usually not more than once or twice a day. Every once in a while I have to take a break too.

I came over here when I started smelling fresh blood.

PL is write, you have no clue what Chi Kung means. Go find a real Chi Kung instructor ( I can probably get you in contact with a few since my father teaches it at our school), then come back and talk about it.
Don't waste time with Radki, DBZ, or that crap.

Did you read the FAQs and the rules?
How old and what martial arts experience do you have?
And a note: We really aren't very patient here whith people that like, teach each other to astrally project via MSN. If you start telling us we're going to learn to bend spoons or whatnot by following your breathing techniques, expect us to want to see a video.

Look at it this way kid, your asking (I hope) what you believe to be legit questions, and your getting the attention of people who could be spending time with their beautiful spouses, kids, great career, travel, friends in the real world, or anything else most people have accomplished by the time they are 30, to talk to you. That way, when you grow up to have more important things to do, you can sit on the internet and flame kids 10 years younger than you too! It's a beautiful cycle.

That sounds like an insult... yet... it is so empty.
