I say ban him. Or at least limit hime to starting one thread a day. If we could stop him from spamming then I think he could stay. But I too think he is just some kid bent on revenge. I am not big on banning someone but i think we can all agree on this one.

Any new threads he makes that are stupid (and there haven't been many that weren't) will be deleted. He is just spamming and that won't be tolerated. Furthermore, any new posts of his that I deem worthy will be edited to make him look foolish. HOWEVER, IF he can stop acting like an idiot and post normally then he will be allowed to continue being a normal member like anyone else.
