Wrong place to come. I personally have no real problem with Wing Chun as long as it's taught well, but I guarenteee you'll get at least one flame. I can't help you with your school search, just warning you of things to come. Good luck!

Instead of blatantly flaming WC, I'll just give you some tips:

    1) Make sure the class has full-contact sparring. That means sparring as hard as you can go and with no predetermined set of moves. Totally free and as hard as you want.

That's really it. IF you can find a WC school that does that, go there. You probably won't and you should NOT settle for less. Go check out other schools that offer differerent martial arts. You might like one. Just make sure it has full contact sparring.

DO NOT!!!! Accept "oh, we're too deadly to spar" as an answer. RUN from any school that claims that.

I'm an ex-Wing Chunner who isn't going to flame you either. May I ask what is it about WC that appeals to you ?

Yeah full contact Wing Chun is the only way to go if your looking for a Wing Chun school. Most if not almost all of them just do nice forms and practice moves but never spar and use them at full strength and speed hence full contact. Check it out and if you think its good, even if they don't do full contact, go for it but i would not recommend it either if they don't fight full contact.

Look no further than Chris Chan's Wing Chun School in San Francisco.
