That's interesting. I'm not sure a father would actually admit that. I think his dad would find it less shameful to say, "I haven't spoken to my son in years ever since I found out that he was gay" than what's mentioned above.

Didn't you read his posts? He has friends who have been tracking us all this time and supposedly they do bad things to other people unless master Kim tells them not to (which he won't). According to his own post, around 50 people have visited his secret ninja camp in his dad's basement over the past 20-or-so years. Some of these killing machines are already on the move, as can be witnessed in this video clip:

In retrospect, after perusing that fine piece on Ashida Kim, it occurred to me that Bullshido.net could be a heck of a lot more powerful force for de-bunking MA silliness/bullshido/etc. if it was just handled more professionally.

Not that I don't enjoy the certain "bad boy" Web site and free nature of the site --- but I think it (or we) could garner a lot more respect (and thereby influence) if we cleaned up our acts.

Not that I expect it to happen. :) It was just a thought.

Now, I wasn't involved in outing him, but I am the one that went to his sight, posted the report and then made a fool of one of his little weapons followers..

Does that rate me high enough for a Ninja visit or must I content myself to listen to stories of the rest of you pwning ninjas...

I have this great new Schiavona that's not been broken in yet..

Guys, after seeing that short biography on the life of an urban ninja I truly sympathize for all the unjust scrutiny being thrown at Ashida Kim.

Don't you guys see it? Just level with me for a second here. Ashida Kim is a short, gangly white geek with glasses for a REASON!! He's an urban ninja that's been DESPARATELY trying to adapt himself to our weak, untrained, un-ninja like society. Can't you understand where he's coming from. Those pictures of him that I googled up are real. They're authentic. But they're all sincere, albeit tragic, attempts of an urban ninja trying to be more like us. Unthreatening and approachable.

If any of you were to see Ashida Kim in his full ninja glory, like that real urban ninja who showed us the torment of his life, you'd be terrified just like those really hot girls (man, they were hot) were.

Ashida Kim is trying his hardest to relate to us so that we don't have to go to him, terrified and unwilling to learn. Just google his name and see the sad, tragic images of a sacrificing urban ninja for yourself. It brought utter tears to my eyes, knowing a man so dedicated to the teaching of true, authentic martial arts would go through such an agonizing and humiliating process just to be with us on this Earth, in this world.

PS: Ashida Kim has tasty nuts.
