This is exactly why fucktard fakes shouldn't play with 3ft. razor blades in the first place. I see so much of this kind of "sword abuse" it makes me sick. Yeah it plays with sound, it says the student gets up calmly and walks off even though his throat is slit but then passes out before he gets off the mat. The disinterested swordsman remains calm and cleans the blood off his sword. The assistant gets stiched up somewhere else.

Anyone know who this is?

It says It was at the Interantional Karate championship at Long Beach CA, but no year is given.

Yeah they did... along the lines of a piss take though... "look at how calmly he wipes the blood off the blade while his assistant is pissing blood" (paraphrased and not accurate but in the same vein...)
