We went light, so I doubt there was KO power in any single punch. But head strikes tend to be cumulative, a lot of little quick hits will take the fight out of you as well as a big haymaker.

Hedge: When I was there you talked up a pipe dream of trying your hand at the pros. Offer stands, I can still get you the names of some people to talk to.

That and when my plate eventualy clears and I start seeing free weekends again, I still want guys from your school to come and work with me and my class.

True. I think what got me in that video is that it seems like such an awkward way to punch; I'm not sure where the power comes from when someone does it full strength.
But I just found out that someone I know teaches WC, so I'll see how she does it and see if there's power there.
Looked like a good time.

Yeah don't totally discount their punching power, it may not be knockout power, but the first guy there I fought opened a hole up the center and hit me in the jaw while my head was turned. Knocked my TMJ out of alignment for a few days. Very crisp.

In the grappling video, the guy in the red pants needs to put the ankle lock on further down the blue pants guy's leg. Your elbow should really be in the achilles tendon, and he should hook his other arm in to make it very tight.
