An abbreviation is a shortening of a word: Doc for Doctor, 'cuz for because. An acronym is a word made from several words: Scuba- self, contained, underwater, breathing apparatus.

Now enough of that, what are you doing in Russia and what's your MA background? (those are initials not an acronym).

In Sambo its reffered to as a casting punch, Systema uses a wave punch that is very similar, Russian All-round Fighting has many blows that are like it as well. Its a very typical Russian/Slavic way of throwing a looping shot. Check out the video clip by Reilly Bodycomb and Steve Koepfer, they touch on the technique briefly....

    Usually, I live in Russia.
There's not too much of my "official" MA background, a bit of Judo, a bit of Kick-thai boxing. Actually, I don't know if there's an official style with such name. The only reason I came here was to show the way this punch is made. The first one to reply was you, and the reply was off topic. Now you continue.
Now, will you answer my question?

I'm sorry, I might've missed the question. What was it again?

He wants the distinction to further the argument.

Maybe the way showed by Matt is more understood for americans, so be it.
If anyone else is going to prove me that his dick is bigger than mine, I'll agree, cause it's not the point for me.
The question was about the type of SAMBO. Combat or sport.
By the way... I can imagine, how CAMBO could appear, but COMBO makes me laugh... Does it seriously mean the same thing?

That's why he commented on your English.
Until now, your questions were WTF is Sanbo? That was answered.
You asked what Omega taught and that was answered Sambo.
You then asked if OMEGA DID Sport or Combat Sambo.
He chose or decided to not answer the question for his own reasons.

Also, it is off topic. You know, something that you were just complaining about earlier?

Continued and repeated questions of Omega's background has nothing to do with this thread.
