Agreed. Honestly, I don't think he's anywhere particularly nice, career-wise. He's been injured a lot and has taken a savage KO loss to Overeem, so I don't feel that it's a stretch to assume that he might not be in the prime of his career anymore.

JDS won the last time him and Miocic fought, but that was years ago and Miocic has been on a rampage ever since. I'll take Miocic by late round KO.

Yeah, unfortunately I was wrong. By a coupe of rounds. Poor Dos Santos, he's really declined in recent years and he's such a likeable character.

I am not really all that impressed with Miocic. Sure, he's a total badass and is overperforming what he should be capable of on paper hugely (he lost by KO to Struve, of all people), but I honestly feel that his success in recent years is mostly due to the fact that the HW division is seriously depleted and populated with old men.

Mark Hunt is awesome but 1dimensional and gatekeeper level at best.

Arlovski and Overeem are glass cannons and can be put down by a babyfart.

    Werdum fought a stupid fight.

With Cain permanently injured and also on the decline, I'm not sure whom he's got to give him a competitive fight that's going to be a major feather in his cap should he win.

Despite fucking hating all this cross-division shitdickery the UFC is pulling as of late, I'd really LOVE seeing Cormier fight Miocic. I'd be favouring Cormier in that matchup, frankly.

Remember all the **** talking that used to go on about Frankie Edgar not fighting to finish? Tell that to Yair's poor, broken face. Guy was not quite ready for that step up.

Joanna Champion may be the best technical striker in MMA right now. I'd pay folding money to see a Joanna vs Mighty Mouse exhibition.

Masdival fought hard, and showed off great striking. Maia was just too easily able to keep him down and out him in compromising positions. Can't wait to see Maia win the title, calling it right now.

Who do you think Joanna should fight next? She's just dismantled all of her competition at this point.

She could easily add 10 pounds and go wreck everyone in the new 125 division.

Couldn't Valentina Shevchenko drop down and give her a fourth beatdown? She already beat her three times in Muay Thai competition, and clearly has better grappling.

She certainly has, so I think it's the fight to make for 125. They have a history which can be used for promotional purposes, and it would be a definite challenge for Joanna. Maybe it's because Joanna recently fought someone who was significantly shorter than her, but I'm wondering how a hypothetical shift to 125 would go for her without that reach advantage. Or would she still have that at that weight?
