New York MMA Examiner Style: magic FUCKING powers!--
I used to train at Evolution Combat when I lived in the area and they first started doing seminars with Karo.
Just wanted to say I can not recommend both enough. I didn't get to spend as much time there as I wanted, but as far as time training versus improvement made it was the best training I've ever had. Also, the seminars are quite awesome. Wish I could get there, myself. I still have my Evo shirt to remind me of how great the experience was.
P.S. Plugging may seem shameless, I know. But I always felt bad for having to leave suddenly and take my business elsewhere. Doug is a damn fine coach and that should be rewarded. So, any time I see the club mentioned here I try to put in a well-deserved good word. -
