Bullshido.com Adshido: THE MARTIALARM
The Martialarm Kung Fu Training Dummy
Martial arts equipment and supplies now offer a revolutionary new training partner to increase your skill in the martialarts.
The Martialarm moves up, down, left, right and all variations in between like a real arm would. Any pressure placed on the arms internal springs will be distributed over the shoulder and elbow joints for complete realism. It also twists for basic locks and other set-ups.
The Martialarm attaches to a wall and is used like a wooden dummy for training in Arnis, Wing Chun Kung Fu, Jeet Kune Do, Tae Kwon Do, Karate, Krav Maga and other martial arts.
The Martial Arm was designed to train the user to implement certain theories from a Combat system called Martial Science or Total Control. A science designed and developed by Mr. Lawrence Lee.

That would only be true if it were attached to a robot that fought you. No pulling locks on that.“We are surrounded by warships and don’t have time to talk. Please pray for us.” — One Somali Pirate.

How is a training tool "bullshido"?
7/13/2005 3:57pm, #6
When the tool makes inaccurate claims of potency, effectiveness, and applicability.
Please note that this answer also applies to the question "How do I know if an instructor is 'bullshido'?" :new_rainf

I guess that would make the claims of the person hawking it "bullshido" the tool itself though is "innocent". This thing in and of itself has no more or less "bullshido value" as a heavy bag, focus mit or anything else as I see things.
The other claims on that site are pure crap though, I agree.
