    and law dog, of course i'm exagerating on the size of my arms, but he honestly is great for conditioning.

    Thats just off the top of my head and the basic stuff. There's more too it.
    What's a "dead arm"?

    I know a lot of wrestling coaches suck. Hell, it seems like most of them are just football coaches trying to pick up a little extra cash. But I don't understand how a coach could not coach at all. As you pointed out, there are really only 2 or 3 initial moves from the bottom, with several techniques flowing from them. So, how does a coach not teach a wrestler what to do from the bottom starting position? I'm stunned. I'd be pissed if I were on that team. The wrestlers must all suck and they must never win any matches, individually or as a team.

    actually we do pretty well.
    I'm just in there for the rolling.
    I need as much grappling experience as I can.
