haha yep... i've been meeting every weekend with my mate n we just go hard at it for a few hours, and i try to stick to a strict daily training schedule with parkour n stuff :)

hmm... that's pretty cool... the reason i chose 'ye olde martial arts' (lol) is that they emphasize economy of motion- learning how to deal with things easily but training hard while i can so i know my limitations
