Since his stance is so low, I was thinking about kicking the face. Either roundhouse or push kick would work.

I guess it didn't work, since, you know, everybody was laughing.

Thai kicks would probably work well, yeah. Follow with a right cross, left hook (LIVERSHOT!!), or some other combo. Follow up with knees or takedowns as neccesary..."Prison is for rapists, thieves and murderers. If you lock someone up for smoking a plant that makes them happy, you're the fucking criminal." - Joe Rogan

No. I can guarantee that's not what happened. I am 100% sure that what happened was they found it hilarious that he fell into that stance, and gave him room because they KNEW something good was about to happen. Either he was going to beat the **** out of the other guy, movie-fu style, or he was going to get KTFO. They didn't give a **** about him, they just wanted to see what was going to happen.
"Uh oh, this guy got into a Kung Fu stance. I respect him for that, and feel threatened, even though I only see this stuff in movies and have NO reason to believe it will work."
"What the ****? This aught to be good..."

OK, I know the tiger and dragon forms and I can tell you now they won't work in a real fight, Also, did that guy say he'd tear an arm off? In Scotland the Highland Games used to have an event called twisting the cow, where you bascially tore the legs of a cow. It could take several minutes for a strong Scotsman to tear off just one leg, and yet some ***** kung fu freak thinks he can rip off another guy's arm in the blink of an eye? Get real, muthafucka!
The cat stance just leaves you with too little mobiltiy (as do all the other kung fu stances). You can't throw a good punch from that position and 9 tiems out of ten we've seen that kcik coming before you even think of using it yourself! Forms and animal stances are useless. Look at how the stand and fight in sports.

Speaking from experience, I've NOT gotten into fights on a couple of occasions by dropping into a TKD stance. Tends to freak out the "normals".Monkey Ninjas! Attack!
