Since phil has a fetish for flashlights, I'd love to shine my flashlight at phil's ugly mug. I wonder if he could handle 15 million candle power. Interesting flashlight, gives you 40 minutes of light and requires 14 hours to charge, although, I don't believe it will take 40 minutes to blind phil. :icon_wink ->
