I do agree that the female lead was the real weakness for the work. I though that it was Rand inserting herself into the book, and that she has weird rape fantasies. But she was really a minor character compared to Roark, and that other guy. Iím to saying it wasnít without its flaws, but I did almost read it in one sitting.

Didn't he write about spitting on a panhandler once? Looks like he carried out one of his worst fears on someone else.

No, worse. He busted out a kung fu stance on a panhandler.

Actually, she might turn out to be Phil's redemption. If we could just get him to apply Randian epistemology to martial arts...

We need to send Phil a copy of Bumfights-- might give the poor guy a heart attack.
    Rufus could kick Phil's ass!

Thank you, Phil, for apparently siding with the militia groups and their fear of the UN on the grounds of disarmament. If you knew anything about politics you'd know that disarmament as it applies to the international arena really dosen't have much to do with small arms in the US, but rather has more to do with the proliferation of conflicts in the developing world.
Demonstrably untrue. Part of the reason the left hates John Bolton so much is that he was the guy who went to the U.N. and told them where they could shove a request that the United States disarm civilians by confiscating privately owned "small arms."

The U.N. actually sent a representative to England to debate Wayne LaPierre of the NRA, for Pete's sake. Who told you they don't have an anti-gun agenda? It's not like they hide it.
